Why use ZillaKit's PowerPoint to PDF converter?
This free PowerPoint to PDF converter uses LibreOffice Impress to render each slide, so your text, images, shapes and layout are preserved and the deck becomes a clean PDF with one slide per page — ideal for emailing, printing handouts or archiving. There is no signup, no watermark and no email wall. Because faithfully rendering slides needs a full office engine, this conversion runs on our own server; we are upfront that your file is uploaded, converted and then deleted within an hour. Everything runs on hardware we own and operate in Australia, so your presentation is never passed to a big-tech cloud and is never used to train a model. Animations and transitions do not apply to a static PDF, and very unusual fonts may shift slightly, but standard decks convert cleanly and look like the original.
FAQ
Does my presentation get uploaded to a server?
Yes. Rendering slides faithfully needs a full office engine, so the file is uploaded to our own server, converted with LibreOffice, and then automatically deleted within an hour. It is never sent to a big-tech cloud.
Which presentation formats can I convert?
You can convert PPTX and legacy PPT decks as well as OpenDocument Presentations (ODP). Each becomes a PDF with one slide per page.
What happens to animations and transitions?
A PDF is static, so animations and slide transitions are not included. Each slide is rendered as it looks in its final state, one per page.
Is there a file size limit?
Yes, uploads are capped at 50 MB, which covers most decks including those with embedded images.
